We trusted Elsa to do a total overhaul of our aging apartment and we r very happy with our decision. Elsa was in close contact with us throughout the whole journey, updating us in detail on progress and work done. I think she visits the site daily, which is amazing and very hands on, so she knows exactly whats going on. Naturally there were some unforeseen problems that came up, but Elsa was really good at finding solutions. We had some time n budget constraints, I felt Elsa was very understanding and really tailor-fitted the whole Reno to our needs. She also managed to deliver on time, which I’m most grateful for as I know delays are too common in this industry. Worthy to mention also that they were very professional in handling condo management requirements and disgruntled neighbours also! ID firms are a dime a dozen, but I feel L & Co. has a unique advantage, their service and follow up were amazing! The whole experience had felt like we were a team, instead of just an ID and customer relationship. We love our ‘new’ home, and it has been such a positive journey for us.
